Alumni Services has partnered with ZSR Library to bring you DeacsRead, the Wake Forest Alumni book club. This is a new initiative that we hope appeals to and involves a broad range of Wake Foresters. There’s a new book to read and discuss online each month, with the conversation facilitated by two of our very own ZSR librarians.

We kicked off DeacsRead on February 2nd with Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson, led by librarians Roz Tedford (‘91) and Giz Womack (‘90).

Roz and Giz have posted thought-provoking conversation starters. Some have focused solely on Apple and Steve Jobs, such as “What is your favorite Apple Memory?”, and others have caused us to reflect on our own Wake Forest educations.

We’re looking forward to reading The Marriage Plot in March, facilitated by librarians Lauren Pressley and Molly Keener.
