Young alumni in Winston-Salem, join us on Tuesday, January 29 at 5:30 p.m. for the first of the four-part young alumni professional development series. Meghan Cline (’04), Wellness Coach at Aetna and author of the new book “Inside Out Weight Management,” will explain how to juggle a new career while maintaining personal well-being.

Meghan Cline holds a BA in Health & Exercise Science from Wake Forest and a MA in Health Sciences from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. She returned to Wake Forest in 2006 as the nutrition interventionist on a NIH-funded research study and now works for Aetna as a wellness coach. Meghan has also completed a certification for life coaching and has her own private practice, and recently published her first book, “Inside Out Weight Management.”
