If you’re in the Winston-Salem area, join us on campus on Wednesday, November 7 from 12:30 – 1: 30 p.m. for the program “eBooks & eReaders: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.”

Z. Smith Reynolds librarians Hu Womack and Mary Scanlon, and Alumni Services assistant director of digital engagement Gretchen Edwards will discuss electronic books and readers. The program will showcase a variety of eBook formats, including audiobooks, and eReader devices, from iPads to Kindles. By the end of the lunch ‘n learn, attendees will have a better understanding of the benefits and pitfalls of a number of eReaders. Participants will also be able to determine the eBook formats that best meet their needs.

The event is free, but we ask that you register in advance. You are welcome to bring your lunch with you.

Hope to see you!
