General FAQs

How can I find contact information for my friends and classmates?
Wake Forest has the WakeNetwork to help you find alumni. Go to http://wakenetwork.wfu.edu to sign up or log in. Accounts are free, and once you have one set up, you can search for any graduate or friend of Wake Forest. You can search by maiden name, married name, city, state, or class year. Seek out some of your classmates, send them an email, or give them a call to make plans to attend your reunion together!

I plan on bringing my kids with me to Homecoming and Reunion Weekend. Are there any activities for children?
Absolutely!  Festival on the Quad will be held on Saturday, October 29.  Bring your children to enjoy fun activities and reconnect with classmates and their families.  The Quad will be filled with food, music and games for the whole family.  Also enjoy Breakfast in the Pit, bluegrass music, and the Deacon Demo Show.

Where will the Alumni Tailgate be located and where do I park for the tailgate and football game?
Join fellow alumni on Baity Street in Tailgate Town for the Alumni Tailgate. This great location offers convenience to the football stadium and easy access to the parking lots. The tailgate will begin 3 hours prior to kickoff. Parking at the football stadium is by season pass only. There is general parking available at LJVM Coliseum and in surrounding lots which is a short walk to the stadium.

What is included in the Alumni Tailgate?
Come join your friends in class designated areas under the big tent and enjoy a buffet, drinks, live music, and inflatables for the kids during this exciting pre-game tradition.  Your ticket purchase includes two drink tickets and a cash bar will be available.

Registration FAQs

Why do I need to register online?
Register online (available this summer) to let your classmates know that you are coming. Everyone who registers will have their name appear on the “Who’s Coming Back” list. (You may opt out during the process if you don’t want your name listed.)

In addition to letting your classmates know, the Office of Alumni Engagement needs to be able to plan accordingly for all the events that take place over Homecoming and Reunion Weekend. Without an accurate count of how many alumni are planning to attend the events, we cannot ensure the experience we hope to deliver.

TOP ↑

How do I edit my registration information?
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If any additions need to be made, please contact the Office of Alumni Engagement at 800-752-8568.

TOP ↑

Is there a cancellation policy?
There will be no refunds. All sales are final.

Reunion FAQs

Should I bring my children to my reunion party?
Probably not. Reunion parties are a time for classmates to relax, catch-up with one another and are not geared toward children. Saturday is a great time for families but can be a long day for young children, so a good night’s sleep on Friday is important. The following childcare providers offer services in Winston Salem.

What do I wear to my reunion?
While there is no dress code of what to wear at your reunion party, we find most parties are dressy-casual unless otherwise noted on your class page. You can refer to photos from Homecoming and Reunion Weekend 2014 for some ideas.

Where do I pick up my reunion party tickets?
You can pick up your reunion party tickets at the Homecoming Welcome Desk. The Homecoming Welcome Desk will be located inside the Main Lobby  of Reynolda Hall (Quad/Green Room level) and will be open from 9 am – 6 pm on Friday, October 28. If you are unable to visit the Welcome Desk before your class party, you are welcome to go straight to your party and we will have a list of registrants at the door.
