Over 3000 students, faculty, staff, alumni and guests were on campus for the annual Lovefeast on Sunday, December 4.  This year there were two services for the first time.  The traditional service began at 8 p.m. and was preceded by an abbreviated, family-friendly service at 4:30 p.m.  Because both services were streamed live, the Wake Forest community participating in the Lovefeast was much larger than just those who filled Wait Chapel. Alumni and friends came together in various Regional Lovefeast Gatherings across the nation including, San Diego, Louisville, D.C.,  NYC, Tampa, Palm Beach, Hickory, and the Wake Forest Historical Museum at the Old Campus.  And with the option of viewing the live stream on the DeacOn app, many more Wake Foresters joined the service virtually.

Instructions on how to have a Lovefeast at home and a recording of the 8 p.m. service can be found at at http://lovefeast.wfu.edu/
