On Monday, April 13th, The Traditions Council hosted it’s fourth annual Arnold Palmer Day, which was a tremendous success. In the Council’s goal to be able to fund a legacy scholarship, the group sold over 400 t-shirts and gave away over 1200 Arnold Palmer tallboys, courtesy of Arizona Iced Tea. The Council held it’s first ever “Arnold Palmer Chug-a-thon: Race for the Green Jacket” with the winner taking away a Masters green jacket. The Traditions Council is so thankful for the effort and time spent from members of the Office of Alumni Engagement, Athletics and Advancement in making Monday’s event a part of Wake Forest memories that students will never forget.
