On Tues., Sept. 23, 18 junior women gathered for the Junior Women’s Dinner. This program is a collaboration between Campus Life’s My Journey initiative, the Alumni Office and the Office of Personal & Career Development (OPCD). The dinner facilitates discussion with female faculty and staff at Wake Forest. Topics include paths to success, work/life balance, and navigating the transition from college to post-college life. Facilitators included:
Jennifer Collins, Vice Provost
Nicole Hall, Director of Marketing Readiness & Employment in the School of Business
Shelley Sizemore, Assistant Director of Campus Life
Lynn Neal, Associate Professor of Religion
Paige Meltzer, Director of the Women’s Center
There will be a similar event for junior men in October.
The Office of Alumni Engagement’s mission is to find exciting new ways to connect Wake Forest alumni, friends and family. Once a Deac, always a Deac – and we’re here for you. Each day we leap out of bed humming the fight song, ready to create the moments that keep the spirit of Wake Forest present in your world.
