Fall Kickoff event for Philadelphia Alumni

On September 23rd the Wake Forest Philadelphia Alumni Club enjoyed a day with the Philadelphia Union Soccer Club. We started off with a tailgate that was family friendly and well attended. After catching up and meeting new alumni, we all headed into the game. The weather was beautiful and The Union won 3-1 in an action packed game. Wake Forest was well represented with over 40 alumni, friends and children in attendance. After the game we had an opportunity to meet fellow alumni with the team, Head Coach John Hackworth (’92), Midfielder Brian Carroll (’03); and Midfielder Michael Lahoud (’08).
